I work with moms who’ve lost a child and are trying to figure out how to keep living when everything inside them feels shattered. I’m not here to fix you—and I don’t believe you need fixing.
What I offer is something different: a way to start again from the place you are now, even if that place feels dark, hollow, or stuck.
I created Syrup to the Soul™ because I know what it’s like to live through the unthinkable. I know what it’s like to smile when you’re dying inside, to look strong when you feel lost, and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
My method blends body-based healing, spiritual truth, and real-life tools to help you rebuild from the inside out—slowly, gradually, and with honesty.
I’ve spent over 20 years in healthcare leadership. I’ve worked as a social worker in foster care and adoption. I’ve lived in the system. I’ve had a kidney removed. I’ve survived a man breaking into my home.
And I’ve buried my child. I understand trauma not just from textbooks, but because I’ve lived it in my own body.
Everything I’ve walked through has shaped the way I show up for others—with deep compassion, no judgment, and no expectations.
I walk with you, not ahead of you. I’ll help you listen to your body, trust your voice, and take one honest step and one quiet prayer at a time.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay here.
You just have to show up as you are.

My Story:
I’m a Certified Grief & Trauma Coach and the creator of Syrup to the Soul™, a 12-week trauma-informed, faith-rooted program that helps mothers who’ve lost a child stop pretending they’re okay—and start rebuilding life from who they are now, in the middle of the ache.I’ve spent over 20 years in healthcare leadership.
I’ve trained in the Biology of Trauma™, Rapid Reprogramming™, Grief Coaching, and First Responder Coaching.
But none of that mattered the day I lost my own child.
That kind of loss doesn’t follow rules. It broke me open in ways I couldn’t explain.
And nothing traditional grief support offered came close to touching what I was really carrying. I was surviving on the outside. Unraveling on the inside. And silently wondering if I would ever feel like myself again. So I created what I couldn’t find.
A framework to help restore the body, reclaim identity, and make space for both sorrow and strength to live side by side. Today, I help women stop hiding behind the “I’m fine” mask and start gently rebuilding—through somatic healing, spiritual depth, and daily rhythms that ground you in who you are now. This isn’t about moving on.
It’s about living fully again—without guilt.
It’s about rising with purpose, voice, and the unshakable truth that you are still here… for a reason.I walk with women who are ready to stop surviving in silence—and start living in truth.Because when you have the right support, the right tools, and a sacred space that honors every part of your story— Your restoration isn’t just possible.
It’s inevitable.
