Tangled Grief Retreat

A safe space to rest, release, and reconnect.

Welcome, Mama

From the moment you walk through the door, this is your safe space.

There are no rules here, no expectations—just rest, release, and presence.

Let your body breathe. Let your heart be held.

I pray that Jesus blesses this time for each of us, that He guides every word, every tear, and every laugh.

You are safe here. You are loved.

And I cannot wait to see you.

ARRIVE EXACTLY AS YOU ARE

This retreat is a no-pressure, no-performance space.

There’s no “right way” to be here.

If your body needs rest—rest. If you need to cry, step outside, or soak in the hot tub—do that.

Follow your rhythm. You are safe, seen, and deeply loved.
